As of January 1, 2015, any goods shipping on or after this date from your TRU approved factories will no longer require a TRU conducted product inspection for each and every PO. In lieu of the TRU conducted product inspection, each vendor must provide 2 designated QA inspectors (“DQA”) to be trained to perform TRU product inspections at all of your related or affiliated factories.
TRU select 80 from 380 vendors to be the experimenters to work out this inspection program, Alpha is honored to be one of 80.
In order to be a appointed DQA factory, factory must meet below 5 conditions at the same time:
1. Factory must have a minimum of one year history of TRU product inspections.
2. Annual inspection PASS Rate is over 95%.
3. Factory Evaluation score must be 70% or above.
4. Based on TRU global safety & Compliance Product.
5. No stop sales & recall history
The DQA should meet below requirements:
Must be employee of the vendor for at least 1 year with minimum 5 years experience in quality assurance/production
•Must be competent in testing, safety and compliance regulation of related products.
•Thorough understanding of Statistical analysis, including AQL sampling methodology and inspection techniques
•Proficient in written and verbal English language
