AQSIQ of China got news from the enterprise of European Commission that

Recently, AQSIQ of China got news from the enterprise of European Commission that, the EU Commission continuously releases notice 2014/79/EU & 2014/81/EU.They amends the notice of 2009/48/EC. It adds the quantity requirements to 4 kinds of chemicals. For the toy products which used by kids under 36 months, or the toys the kids may put in mouth, the content of below chemical can not exceed 5 mg/kg, such as TCEP & TCPP & TDCP. The transfer volume of BPA can not exceed 0.1 mg/L. The EU commission requires all the members to work out this new rule no later than 2015/12/21.
AQSIQ of China reminds all the manufacturers and traders and relative industry associations who aim at EU market must pay special attention to this new rule and relative information. Take measures as early as possible to avoid unnecessary loss. Institutions at all levels should actively broadcast this new requirements to the manufacturers, guide them to choose qualified raw materials, improve the production technique, optimize the quality control system, to make sure the toys and children products meet the quality requirement to EU market.
